I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
