Denise is extremely one sided, doesn’t follow what’s in the mediation agreements and will pick and choose what items on our agreement we comply with. She doesn’t like to be questioned and if she doesn’t side with you (she chooses off the bat) nothing you do will ever be right. She will turn a blind eye to her favorite parents actions and gaslight the other parent. She sneaks payments onto your account and doesn’t like to be questioned about payments. Horrific experience. Denise Baier does not have the ability or skills to diagnose but not only acts like she does, she will do this in an almost totalitarian way. Denise Baier is like a toddler trying to drive a car doing incredible damage on the way.
