Let me first start by saying that im not here to tell anyone what doctor or with whom to go see, let me just explain my experience with Premier. When i first started going to Premier i went to Dr. Bjorn Nordstrom , and i started eventually seeing Chad Dunford. Everyone treated me awesome and even started going to Premiers pain clinic as well. I called to get my prescriptions renewed because I didn’t want to run out, and the lady was as rude as anyone ever had been to me, I’m look for a new Dr.
He told me things that are not accurate. That I can take as many antihistamines as I want and to just ignore the instructions on the bottle. Other doctors have told me this is not accurate and that taking too many can be very harmful. He also looked me in the eye and told me the steroid shot he was going to give me (I asked which one it was and he was very vague about it) had no side effects. It was Kenalog which is known to kill adipose tissue. I now have a weird dent in my hip where all the fat cells have died. Overall, he... read more
I want to know who is writing all these reviews. The front office and business off ice are horrible rude and hostile. The phone girls act as if they are the doctor telling you what he will and will not do instead of just taking a message and keeping it professional. I love my doctor but would not chose this place to go at any location. Read reviews on yelp way more accurate.
Utterly unhelpful when in urgent medical need. The pharmacy I use has inventory destruction and is completely out of my medication. After 2 days without my meds and realizing the pharmacy wouldn't be delivering for me, who do I call, the Ridiculous Premier Family Medical Urgent Couldn't "Care" Less Center in Lehi? What a complete fraud the terms "urgent care" are, when referring to Premier's "Family" Medical Practice. Dr. Mark Hafen has been taking care of my medical issues for many years now. Approaching 80, I can tell you he is expert at detecting and addressing the problems that arise as you get older. He is old enough to have good experience and clearly stays up to date on the latest research. Yet he is young enough that he is going to outlive me and I won't have to move to another doctor at an inconvenient time. Good bedside manner, and good follow through on any issues that arise.
