The staff and Dr Denise Gooch were very friendly. Everyone treated me with excellent customer service. I did not wait over five minutes to be seen. The nurse explained everything she was going to do. The doctor was very attentive to everything I had to say. Dr Gooch’s explanations and comments were very easy to understand. Anyone seeking information in radiation oncology. I recommend seeing Dr Denise Gooch for your first opinion. She listens and hears what the patient is saying.
The staff and Dr. Gooch made me feel as though I was their only patient. My experience was more like a family get together. God Bless this group, your support is appreciated.
This was just my first meeting with Dr. Gouch. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way in answering our questions about the what my treatments would be like.
