One of the hardest realtor that I have ever worked with. Denise knows how to structure the deal, the offer that only experience brings. I highly recommend calling Denise, even if your not ready to sell or purchase, let Denise get to know you and what your looking for in a home. You will learn fast, she is one of the best.

Shame on this realtor!!!! She allowed a house of absolute filth and squalor rollover to new owners and SHE KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN THE WHOLE TIME. She took zero responsibility for her clients not removing everything and then said “I don’t want this held over my head” when removing the junk was then her responsibility. Denise was amazing to work with. She helped us find our first home- we hit the ground running, she was always on top of it and was knowledgeable about the area. She kept us calm throughout the entire process and always took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. 6 months after, she continues to be a resource for us. Should we need to move in the future, there is no doubt we will be using Denise again!
