This turned out to be more drawn out process than expected as I was looking for a place with a view of the F1 race view along with a decent view of the strip skyline. Denise was amazingly patient through the whole process getting me detailed video tours and view angles and never once forcing me to make a decision. After finalizing on a place, she did an amazingly thorough inspection and helped in getting the inspection items fixed. Denise Cesena is a remarkable realtor of whom I have had the pleasure of working with on three transactions- both as seller and buyer. She has tremendous knowledge of the market and is savvy to Las Vegas as a whole. Denise was very quick to pick up on my preferences for design, style and locations. And to top that off, she is an extremely positive and energetic person, which are important traits, when you are spending a multitude of hours with a person during what can be a stressful time.
