In the beginning, she did her job and got me 50/50...my daughters mother has been in jail for over a year now, and ever since she had been incarcerated, IV constantly called Denise asking and pleading her to go forth with full custody...Not 1 damn returned call from her, not a email, NOTHING! This lawyer is a complete nightmare she takes advantage of people and just drags cases along while soaking up as.much legal fees as she can without doing anything to help with your case. She is arrogant, rude and completely unprofessional. If you want your case to actually be seen before a judge DO NOT USE MRS BADLEY she will drag your case out for years and you still won't have your case be seen in court. I would not recommend this lawyer. She is a nightmare!!!! Ms. Badley is unprofessional and unreliable. She stables over her words and does not speak with conviction. She does not answer any calls. She is all over the place and has no idea what she is doing. Quite frankly I think she should quit this profession.
This Lawyer is not trustable at all she cares only about money, calling the legal aid putting me on the phone to confirm the certificate once the certificate confirmed. She disappeared completely like a scammers / she never answers calls/Emails she puts me/my child in very bad and suffering situations I strongly recommend don’t go to this Lawyer
