I have a hearing loss and Dr. Yardley makes sure I understand correctly what’s she’s explaining to me when I visit her office.
She always takes time to explain results and I'm not just another patient. She sees me as a person and understands my needs. Very competent
Very professional and caring with all her patients. Takes all the time you need to explain and answer questions. Seeks out answers from other professionals and spends time out of work hours to call patients when needed. Been her patient for 12 years and would not go anywhere else.
Dr. Yardley is a very kind and caring Doctor. She is personable and knowledgable. Easy to understand and explains things very easily. She takes her time with you and listens to everything that I say. Dr. Yardley answers my questions, explains treatments, medications and side effects. She truly cares about her patients.
Dr. Yardley is simply outstanding! She listened to my concerns and offered excellent solutions!!! She is knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, compassionate and is truly interested in continuing the cancer research!!! Dr. Yardley is a GEM!
Dr. Yardley took the time to answer my question and address my concerns. I was impressed by her kindness and concern.
She made multiple mistakes on my chart and offered no apology. She said that her nurse should not have read it to me. No, doctor I didn't have a partial hysterectomy, I don't have a family history of ovarian cancer, and your nurse told me for 2 months that you said I was going to have my ovaries removed... all not true. Very arrogant and demeaning. Terrible doctor! Two hour wait. She saw me five minutes. I’ve had cancer twice. I will “never” go back to her.
No regard for a patient's time, very long wait every time.
