Very impressed with Dr Denise Hunningshake! This was my very first time meeting her. It was a virtual visit. It was the first time, also, seeing anyone from MNGI. :)
Dr. H was kind and spoke to her on her level as much as possible. The treatment plan was clear and easy to understand. We feel that we are in good hands.
The doctor has been wonderful with my care
20+ yrs ago she found my gastroparesis! I was a mess, her and the surgeons fixed me. About 5 yrs ago I started having problems. Malabsorption, malnutrition, and dehydration. I live in AZ. (The Mayo here is bad, look up top hospitals in the US.) I'm coming back before the lack of care here kills me (25+ lbs underweight for 5 years and losing that battle).
