I recently had the privilege of meeting Denis Milonas, he was referred to me by a mutual friend who said Denis was a great person to know if I was considering the Real Estate profession. We finally met at his Keller Williams office on Racetrack in Fort Walton Beach. During our initial meeting, I discovered that Denis was an incredible resource for anything relating to Real Estate in this market. When we planned to sell our home, we contacted Denis. He gave us helpful advice about preparations for the move. He came to our home and helped us set a price and told us what needed to be repaired or decluttered. He did such a fantastic job of getting our home ready for sale that it sold in less than 24 hours.
