Worst experience and customer service I have ever encountered. Sent in 2 pair of Jeans in Feb. 2017....Still have not received jeans and no refund. Denim Therapy claims UPS lost the shipment and it is their responsibility to refund. A typical business would refund payment and deal with shipping errors and not pass the problem on to the customer. I basically paid $80 to trash two pair of jeans. Should have simply donated them to Housing Works.
I sent in a pair of distressed jeans because I'd stuck my foot through the distressed (hole) part while getting dressed and ripped them badly. They worked their magic when I requested they repair the "distressed' area, and you can barely tell there was once a store bought hole there. Great workmanship and fabulous customer service!
I used DT for some jeans in college but for some reason in adulthood I just got lazy and stopped repairing blown out jeans. For the last year I haven't been able to find jeans I love like some of my beat up pairs so I sent three in at the end of the school year (I'm a teacher and can wear jeans at work). Just got them back and they're fabulous. The quality of their repairs actually looks even better than it did when I used them ten years ago; I had to hunt for the spots they stitched up. I blow out the crotch in my jeans quite quickly as I commute to work on my bike in them. The first two pairs I sent them came back looking great and actually seem like they will be more durable than the original denim. Just sent them two more pairs can't wait to get them back.
