UPDATED REVIEW: Total turnaround experience! Donelle was amazing in pulling up a demure Filipina special hairdo for my convocation. Still, the damage of getting exceedingly short fringes from two weeks ago became more evident as my forehead was widely shown without much to work with. I appreciated the effort and will give it another chance in the near future. The staff and Kaylie had been proactive in offering ways to make the experience better.🙏🏻 I am glad I reached out.
I got a haircut from Abe for a buddy’s wedding, and the photos turned out amazing! He did an incredible job masking my thinning areas—honestly, a bit too well, haha. Thanks so much for the fantastic service
The first lady who helped trimmed my bangs listened well. The one who did my service last Friday have trouble speaking in English and did not listen what was needed. Worst, she made the assumption of giving me a very short layered fringe because she said it is popular. It was not the best time to have a bad haircut especially when I have major events lined up including my convocation in two weeks. Horrific experience! Never coming back after this. 😭
After my old Barber moved to the ends of the earth, I struggled to find a cutter that did the job just how I like it. When I went in to this Location I found out first hand that Lan is an artist. I will be a repeat customer as long as she works there.
