I was looking to rent a home and contact this realty. First when I asked if there were any other applicants they redirected the question and never provided answer. I should have taken this as a clue. I was told to submit the application which was $100. I did submit the paperwork as well as the payment. I continued to call to ask what is the status of my application and was told that there were more than 6 applicants and if they were all denied they will then look at my application.
