Thanks to the team of professionals and their encouragement, I use a mouthguard to reduce the damage I was doing at night sleeping and nashing my teeth. Since using the mouthguard, my am pain has gone away. For the few times I forget, I can tell the huge difference in the am with jaw and teeth pain. Get and use the mouthguard !!!!
The staff was really nice and I left feeling confident!
