I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sho and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Dr. Sho took her time, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my care. The level of professionalism and compassion shown by both Dr. Sho and her employees was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding podiatric care.

I took my dad in for treatment of his ingrown toenails, and Dr Eji did an amazing job. She was professional, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the visit. She explained everything clearly and made my dad feel comfortable the entire time. We’re very grateful for the great care and would definitely recommend her.

We had a great experience at De Neil Foot and Ankle Center. My daughter had ankle pains from basketball and visited the clinic. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from check-in to the end of our visit. Dr Sho took time to listen, explained the diagnosis clearly, and discussed treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Great place. We would definitely recommend De Neil Foot and Ankle Center to anyone looking for knowledgeable and attentive foot and ankle care.

Omg ! Terrible service ! I got there around 2pm and my app was 2:15pm, it was 2:45 still waiting, Dr just saw me, and she was worrying about how much was my deductible to recommend me a cast boot in $529 ????! Not even a X ray because it was recently and she wasn’t able to see if I had something else. Please make sure do you good research before to go to the office or maybe go a sprain ankle isn’t worth. I just super disappointed.
