Denia gave us great advice on staging and promptly got bids for mitigating radon, replacing a door and cleaning the sewer line, as requested by buyer. This allowed our sale to move forward without delays. She listened to our thoughts regarding sale price, which resulted in our getting an above offer contract. Everything about Denia is professional, knowledgeable and caring. She can’t be beat!
