I love my new home! Denham Springs Housing is great. Couldn't be happier!
I am not one to bash a company or write reviews but this NEEDS to be said about this company. It is horrible and if I could give it negative stars I would. The sales rep was more concerned about his bachelor party than taking care of clients. After getting my money and paperwork NOTHING was turned into the lenders for approval. My credit was not ran till 2 and a half weeks later after he gave my file to the owner whom he said could do a better job than him and he was leaving for his bachelor party. We bought our home in January of 2019. Six months after we bought the home it was full of mold we thought they had fixed the the ( marriage line not sealed) ! We had to pay 1,700.00 dollars ourselves to have the home tested the test came back with high levels of mold and formaldehyde! This July the mold has once returned again. They also have been supposed to replace our kitchen island counter since last summer! And will not return our phone calls! I bought a used mobile home and had a great experience. I love my mobile home. Price was reasonable, salesman was friendly, and delivery was fast. Would recommend them to any of my friends looking for a new home..
Don't buy a mobile home from these people. Terrible incomplete service. Shabby homes with outrageous prices for a used mobile home. No follow-up for repairs even though the problems were submitted within 30 days they allowed. Service people did not want to work and were basically lazy. The owners will not return calls.
