The service I received here was awful, getting in contact with the service people and the manager was impossible, the whole 2 and a half month process was excruciating, and they weren’t transparent about anything. I was charge a thousand dollars for an inspection which no one even asked me about, they just did, they did a ton of work on my vehicle and thousands of dollars later I was told me car is likely not ever drivable again, and to confirm that theory it would cost me another 2 grand, I will never recommend this place, ... read more

Highly recommended! The team at Denham GM was simply amazing. They are personable, intelligent and never try to push a sale. They really listened to what we wanted and did everything in their power to make it happen. The service was exceptional and we won't go anywhere else now 😊

Well long story short, went in to look at some trucks at denham gm in fernie and when through all the steps with them and was approved all was good up to the point the Finance manager lady sent me and email with some opinions and advised me that she was taking the rest of the week off but we can correspond through email. I never heard back at all from them. I won't get into the details of my 2week experience with this dealership, but know it was bad enough that the owner Dustin Denham came out to speak with us. You would think things would have got better at this point but NO worse. Dustin is very unprofessional and completely rude. Our business will be going anywhere but there again.
