1 star is definitely too much for them! I have never been late. My payment was due on the 15th. I called them 2 weeks in advance to give them my HSA card to have my payment charged and told them the money wouldn't be available until the next day. The 16th. One Day later! On the 15th they attempted to charge my HSA and payment was declined. They started off that morning of the 15th with an email at 7am letting me know my payment was declined and to call immediately to make a payment.
