She gave verbal post-op instructions which I followed and she later denied. Then at my follow up appointment her nurse told me I would no longer be treated bc I was not compliant. Then when I questioned what I had been told, she said in an email to her nurse (which was forwarded to me) that I was "non-compliant and dishonest." I will try to be diplomatic in this review bc I believe she is a good doctor, however she gave verbal instructions prior to my last procedure which I followed, only to be told at my next visit that I had been non-compliant and she would not continue to treat me. Then, she went as far as to contradict even what her written instructions said and called me "non-compliant and dishonest" in an email that was sent to her nurse and finally forwarded to me through the Ballad patient portal. Dr D has been an absolute blessing to me!!!
I have been going to see Dr. Booth now for close you a year or so and her and her staff are above and beyond the best. Dr. Both explains everything she will be doing in full details and then as she is doing them she is telling you and asks how you are doing. Hands down best pain management clinic around.
