I'm so thankful to work with a small, local, family-owned business! The customer service is excellent, but the ease of contact made all the difference when it mattered the most. I researched large companies before DenCo was referred to me. They promised immediate payment. That is a problem in disguise. DenCo looks for relationships. David at DenCO has been an absolute pleasure to work with for the last few years. My wife and I both have a property each and we've used DenCO for all of our property management. It's been great as we've been out of the country and have had some minor issues and some major disasters.
