We own three tilt-turn windows from DenCo. They were installed as part of a renovation in our basement. They are egress window size so the turn and open would make exiting in an emergency easier and faster than casements. I hope to never test that but it has made it easy to clean the window wells and the outside of the window. The option to tilt it open at the top has become my go-to because the windows are large and that blocks the wind and dust more than swinging them open. Just installed the turn n tilt egress window from Denco. Contractor was impressed with the quality. We were impressed with how much of the window is glass. Ordered the window online. Did not receive any further information after a confirmation receipt by email so we contacted denco by phone. No worries, order shipped in a few days and arrived in about 2 weeks. Steve has been very responsive to my many queries. Thank you, Steve, for making this window available in the US.

Denco is my go to now for egress windows ,I reached out to them and spoke with the owner. He helped me with the options and got it shipped right away as he knew as a contractor himself some of the issues I was dealing with. once I received it I had a few questions. as I haven't used this brand before and he was quick to take my call and send me the info I needed.
