Denco is my go to now for egress windows ,I reached out to them and spoke with the owner. He helped me with the options and got it shipped right away as he knew as a contractor himself some of the issues I was dealing with. once I received it I had a few questions. as I haven't used this brand before and he was quick to take my call and send me the info I needed. Denco is my new go to for egress windows . Thanks Steve
Great windows, great people, awesome people/ company to work with.
If I could, I wouldn't even give them 1 star. This was the absolute worst company to work with! They asked for full payment upfront for custom sliding doors, and NEVER GOT US OUR DOORS. We emailed and called dozens of times asking for an update on our order and got no correspondence back. We finally took them to small claims court and won the case! It took a long time to finally get our money back. Please do yourself a favor and go with another window and door company.
The windows and service from DENCO are both outstanding. The window construction, welded corners and seams, and the metal latch mechanisms blow all US made windows of similar price out of the water. There was a delay in the shipment of the windows but it was not due to any actions by DENCO. They kept me updated throughout the process and provided great support before and during my pickup at their location. Fantastic place to do business with for excellent European windows and doors!
