I love the layout of our one bedroom apartment, the updated appliances, and of course our walk-in closet. The staff is amazing. However, I have a problem with the people that are moving in. They are throwing trash outside, leaving cigarette buds on the ground, pet owners are not picking up their dog(s) waste. I give these apartments another year and they will be run down. Unfortunately when our lease is up we won't be renewing it.
CONS: Outside of this apartment complex, the neighborhood is not the best. Walls must be very thin...Cannot make normal living noises (doing dishes, watching movies, listening to music, etc) without either a noise complaint being made or the police showing up.(AT 5PM ON A FRIDAY, NONE AFTER 10) Parking is getting very limited. Snow removal does not exist. Management shows favoritism. Does not take all valid complaints equally. Will be moving ASAP. PROS: All appliances are brand new. LOVE this gorgeous apartment community in Newport News! It's in an amazing area of Newport News surrounded by a ton of shops and restaurants. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and the pool and fitness center are amazing as well!! Love Waverton Denbigh Village!

PAID $325.DEPOSIT in AUG. i was "ASSIGN" A apt (4C building 601) sight unseen & charge $55 extra with a move-in date Sept 18th, extra because of top floor Sq Ft 720. to small from my 1st viewing Sept 5th i cancelled. NOW I GIVEN THE CORP. BULL RUNAROUND WITH REFUNDING MY DEPOSIT THAT I HAD TO PAY IN A MONEYORDER AT THAT "BAD BAD BAD BUS. "BUYER BEWARE "
