Excellent office staff! Always available to answer my questions!
My maintenance requests never got resolved and now my year lease is up and I am gone! Paying alot of money and the only thing you are really paying for is the "looks" of the apartments and space. Other than that it is not worth the money! People in the office are very nice and try to help but do not seem to know how to manage the place. I do think they are under new management an all the people that worked there when I first moved in are now gone. Not in a very good neighborhood. Very few "professional residents." Lots of noise all hours. Grounds not maintained. Have not been mowed in several weeks. This is not luxury living as described in online sites. Staff is nice, they do the best they can but don't seem to know the responsibilities of running a complex. Numerous calls for repairs go unresolved. Dog restrictions don't seem to apply as I have seen large "restricted." dogs roaming the complex. Lots of children, no park for them to play. Looks nice, life guard is friendly and that's about it for the pros. Cons: Thin walls, a traffic circle that most drivers either stop at when no one is in it or careen through when someone is (nearly been hit several times), loud rap music at odd hours, high staff turnover, dropped my wallet which thankfully was turned in after they stole all my cash out of it, some kid walked by and disrespectfully commented on how fine my fiance was. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
