I’ve not run into any personal issues for the small time I’ve been here. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It’s well lit at night time. It was easy to apply and move in. Maintenance is responsive and efficient. The only issue I’ve noticed is there has been dumping of furniture near the trash/mail center for weeks at a time. All in all I had a little bump in the road with the company but the property Manager Milow reach out to me and took care of all my concerns and issues I had with moving in. I’ve never had a property manager to call about the reviews put in online about a community. I do reviews for every property I move in whether it’s good or bad.
