The property takes care of maintenance requests in a timely manner.
The service man/maintenance guy/ technician whatever his title is, walks in the house back and forth with his not so clean shoes/boots on in total disregard of the fact that the floor has a rag and can not be washed. I thought it is simply a common sense that the first thing you do when you get into a room is to remove your shoes? Courtesy goes a long way
