To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding the $750 deposit I paid in connection with an apartment shown to me by Rhaney Canaday. After paying the deposit, I was shown a unit that had a strong odor, dirty carpeting, and was located next to an exterior water heater/exit. Has a roach problem and they are overpriced also when the 2 police officers moved in under us they started harassing us the walls are to thin you can here everything the ice maker in the freezer never worked and I didn't like the matted paint on the walls I have little kids so it's not easy to clean the walls they charge for everything the trash compactor barely worked to busy worried about raffles and coat drives and food drives how about lower the rent cause it's not worth that much yall charging
