Hello all! We took a year and a half to decide on making a pool! We kept going back and forth about different pool companies and I wish we could have done the pool sooner! We ended up with Denali Pools and they have exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. It first started with Esteban designing the pool and with Eric overseeing everything once design was done. We are very pleased and happy with Denali and if we were to move, we would choose Denali again!
We had a pool and spa installed and we couldn’t be happier. The service that Nate, our project manager provided was exceptional! We received excellent communication and efficient coordination throughout the entire building process. He had patience and understanding with my questions. An accurate projection of building schedule. We are so glad we chose Denali Pools and would suggest them to anyone considering a pool install.
When factoring the overall value a builder provides, the after-sales support and service are a critical component. Denali built our pool and did a fantastic job. Quality workmanship and thoughtful execution. We discovered an issue with one of the materials used in the spillway from the spa to the pool.
