He was great to work on the design and picking the materials. He explained all the steps and everything we needed to do to get our pool done. He is a pleasure to work with and provided great support! He was prompt to return phone calls and would get any issues resolved or questions answered quickly. We have had an amazing experience with Denali! Our designer, Chris Short has been incredible! His passion for bringing his client’s vision to reality is remarkable. This is our first pool build, and he has been incredibly understanding, patient and responsive. He has helped navigate our issues and approvals with the HOA and provided invaluable support throughout the entire process. Denali brings the best products to the table coupled with top notch service for a great client experience.
Our backyard pool work has been going on for a little less than 3 months and i have to say the entire process has been very good so far. Cole, who was with us thru the intial process and Kurt, our supervisor have been awesome. So has the mason and his staff. Except for weather and holiday season delays, it has progressed very well.
100% satisfied customer right here! I really value customer service and quality of work and Denali delivered all around! Our project manager Gabriel was superb and dealt with any hiccups that came along the way in a very professional and courteous manner. I would choose Denali again in a heartbeat!
I really enjoyed working with Gabriel Jimenez, the superintendent on our pool job. He was straight forward and responsive. He did a really nice job of managing the construction, which was complicated. I can recommend Denali overall and am very happy with the result!
We have built several pools and this was by far the worst experience. From a backhoe being left in front of our house to the water being left untreated in our pool for days, they were never on top of the project or completed things in a timely manner. We finally asked to meet with the owner. The Supervisor, our second one, "forgot" to tell the owner we wanted a meeting repeatedly. We thought he should know what had taken place.
