I highly recommend Sergio and Denali CS for HVAC maintenance. Sergio inspected my heating system and notified me that the various parts are in good condition (that he didn't see anything concerning). We talked about the average lifespans of the different parts of an HVAC system. Sergio was very informative and helpful. He did not try to upsell anything unlike the last company. Austin Michael Shanks is an untrustworthy and unauthentic representative of CS Denali. I would not work with this company ever again because of how unprofessional he is. There are thousands of other HVAC companies here in DFW. Stay away from this company because of Austin Michael Shanks
