Terrible communication. Won’t call or communicate even through the Banner portal. Does not seem to care about patients. Not sure how she has received higher ratings. Unfortunately have never had a good experience dealing with her. We have had great experiences with other providers within banner and have moved on.
After going to 3 other doctors for my blood pressure that couldn't help me.... The third one prescribed meds making me lose my sight, then telling me it was something else, I found Dena Arner. First of all, She listens to every thing you have to say giving you her full attention.
