Myself and 5 of my friends went to have breakfast at your location at 3210 SW Topeka Blvd in Topeka Kansas. (Store #7269 order 400855) We waited about twenty minutes before our waiter ever made it to our table to get our drink orders. We were ready to order but he wasn't ready to take our order. Meeting with my Real Estate Agent. She wanted to eat at Denny's, I warned her about a bad experience I had at this location. a.) No greeter or welcome, waited for 10 minutes. b.) the person trying to seat us was told by a server she was not going to accept any more customers. c.) located a booth waited for 10 minutes to clean table. d.) waiter was polite but confused. e.) took 20 minutes to get food to table. f.) waited another 10 minuted for cashier. g.) Worst service ever , will never ever stop there again, waited about 2 1/2 hrs. for them to bring us our breakfast, got one coffee refill the whole 3 hours we were there. They served about 4 families that got there after we did, then to top it off the food was cold by the time they brought it out to us. If you can go any place else but there do it , cause that Denny's is the PIT'S. We will never ever go there again and the word will be put out there to everyone we know is going to San Antonio Tx.

I went to the Denny's in Topeka KS, on Topeka Blvd this morning. Had the worse service I have ever received in a restaurant. The place wasn't that busy, to have bad service, just a very bad server. He forgot everything I asked for. Took over 5 minutes to get my first cup of coffee, then waited another 5 minutes for cream, by then the coffee was cold. Ordered the Lumber Jack breakfast, and when he brought the pancakes, the butter slid off the plate onto the table. I asked for more butter, and sugar free syrup at that time. I ... read more

Denny’s in McAlester ok #6966 has really improved over the last 4 years. It is our favorite restaurant. The food is good. We order the sirloin steaks pretty often and they are the best in town. The staff are courteous and attentive. I would recommend this restaurant .

We waited forever for our drinks. Our waitress and the other waitress working were super unprofessional and cursing and making shoot me hand signals. My husband waited 30 minutes for a refill. My kids got both of their orders wrong and then it took another 20 minutes for my son to get his plate back and all she was suppose to do was add strawberries and the syrup and candy.
