Denny was amazing. On time, very thorough and friendly. He made sure that everything was perfect. Not just the install but the prep work that was needed to make sure that the windshield would set right where he wanted it and where it needed to be. Excellent service from Dennis at Dempster Glass. He was very responsive, kept in touch with where he was and was right on time coming right to our house to do the job. If anyone asks me about windshield repair, I'm definitely recommending Dennis at Dempster Glass! He was so helpful, stopped by my work to repair a rock chip in my windshield, he made it a painless process, and at a good price too!
Originally I contacted Dennis for chip repair. He went from one end of Kalispell to do initial assessment to the other end of Kalispell for actual window replacement. Dennis found damage from previous windshield company so in turn I ended up having to take car to body shop for rust damage. Even with the downside of having to spend a bit more, Dennis explained the importance of the window structure and need for complete repair.
