Gr8 service. We will most certainly be going back. I'm tired of getting the run around by other places. Cane to dempster and no run around just professional timely service. Our go to auto repair place.
I love this place and trust them with whatever issue my vehicle has..I am excited that they do full service in addition to the great tire work that they do...Called Jim yesterday with a strange issue with my old Mercedes brake lights...Jim gave me something to try and 15 minutes later, problem solved...The Mercedes dealer wanted me to bring it in and no doubt would have charged me excessively for what I was able to do on my own in 5 minutes thanks to Jim's knowledge and willingness to help a customer! None better.
Always AWESOME Customer Service!!! I've stopped in several times without an appointment and they've always taken care of my GMC Acadia right away.

I had an appointment today and first time visit at Dempster to get 4 new tires installed, and had an amazing visit. From the moment I walked in everyone was as nice as could be and very professional. I waited in the waiting room till the job was done. I wasn't in a hurry or anything and Steve kept me updated throughout the time I was there. They are very experienced and very knowledgeable and were able to answer any question I had. They went above and beyond and were able to reset my TPMS system too. Superb customer service and pricing! I love that they're open till 5pm Monday thru Saturday!
Always friendly and trustworthy. They will always thoroughly explain what is the best tire for your needs are. They are competitively priced and the service is great. You can get a cheap tire from a big box store.... but nobody will treat you better or stand behind their work.
