I received a vintage ring that is a family heirloom but it needed to be sized down considerably for me to be able to wear it, from an 8.25 to a size 4. Dempsey’s did a fabulous job, it looks gorgeous and the ring is comfortable❤️ I love it so much!
Took my wedding ring in because it was slipping around on my finger. They observed some wearing on it where the smaller stones are. They're going to rebuild it and make it like new, resize, and all for a reasonable cost! They also were shocked by a different repair by a different jeweler that was done incorrectly and left the band extremely thin and in danger of breakage. Will definitely use Dempsey's again!!
Replaced a missing stone in a ring my mother gave me years ago. It looks beautiful! They did an awesome job and Declan was great!
Amazing people work there that are so down to earth, my ring looks amazing after resizing I can't tell it was resized. I was told 1 week for the resizing and they did it in 2 days!!!
I brought my engagement ring here to be repaired and they did a fantastic job!! It looks as good as new and they got it fixed quickly. I’m very happy with the results and I’ll definitely be coming back here!
