Thanks for the buttery smooth rear brakes. Dempsey is a gear heads kind of auto repair place. No poofy waiting area with free coffee and granola bars. You wait in the shop with your car. You pay for poofy, I'll bring my own coffee and snakes and parka. Great service, brought my own parts, just paid for labor in and out in 1 hour. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
I was really in a bind when I hit a deep pothole and damaged two tires just after leaving Philadelphia, at the start of a six-hour drive to Western New York for Christmas. The first tire place I went told me it would take several business days to get the right tires for my car. Then I looked on Google Maps and found Dempsey's. They ordered the tires and replaced them in just a few hours, getting me back on the road. Thank you so much. Overall 10/10. Ryan took me right in for a pre-purchase inspection on a Subaru Outback at a very fair price. He's extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly uncover a hidden issue that the engine had been swapped, even it looked all good from the outside. That saved me tons of headaches down the road. Later the dealer also had a Toyota 4runner I was interested and Ryan had me back in again.
