Listen Chris Dempsey was very rude. I would not recommend him for anything. His paralegal called me back and we got disconnected. She called me, I called her and he answered the phone and told me she will call me back. She called me back and I called her back but he answered again and said hello again. This is why I don’t answer my phone, I’m trying to save democracy here and you just keep calling and calling. I can’t help you I decline your case. He took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained my options, and guided me through every step of the process. What stood out the most was his dedication and responsiveness—anytime I had a question, he was quick to respond and always made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend him!
I was so impressed with Mr Dempsey at first. He has all the credentials and experience but mine turned out not so well. Eight months later I was still trying to get our deed to the home my parents left us fixed. It started out at 2k and 8 months later it was 6k and he was asking for more money. I was disheartened when my N-400 was denied, and that was after a year and a half of battling the bureaucracy of USCIS (which included 2 interviews, 2 RFEs, a 1447b lawsuit, it was messy stuff). At that point, I decided that DIY was no longer a smart strategy, and someone on Reddit recommended Chris to me.
