Recommendedwas involved with a hit n run took my truck to Dempsey carstar on Madison Avenue in granite city Illinois phenomenal job,phenomenal environment and the customer service was beyond my expectations because I was over $900 short from paying for the entire bill they gave me the opportunity to do payments which I never expected them to do this I thought I'd be without my truck so for this I'm truly blessed and ecstatic oh btw the done a great job with my trucks damage

This was the cleanest lot and office I have ever seen. Excellent customer service I feel if lot and business clean. Work is going to be good, because it shows pride I am over the top happy with the work the did for me. I highly recommend them
My wife was rear ended a few months back and their insurance asked if this shop was okay, most people seem satisfied with this shop so it was okay with me. Unfortunately my experience wasn't as great. The car was returned to me with multiple issues. I returned to them to see if they would fix these and they did on some and ignored others. Dempsey Adams were not return my friends license plates off my car even though their states property and it's totally illegal to do so going to have my lawyer deal with this one
