Terrible. No integrity. Deceptive. Manager, Rich, promised me a call back after maltreatment by Serviceman Jeff. I waited more than two days for contact. He said he would work with me for a loaner vehicle by Friday….today is Saturday and I’ve been waiting for service help since Wednesday.
Waste of time...made an appointment for 10k service. Waited an hour, someone brought me my keys saying they were done. They did not do any service at all. "They missed it." So my only question is, what genius cleared the notification in the care because it no longer comes on? I didn't get a wash, there isn't a loaner service or Uber so you have to wait at the dealership. Waste of time...
I had an outstanding experience at Demontrond Volvo on I-45, thanks to Jeff Sayers. This was my second time bringing my Volvo to this location for maintenance, and the service exceeded my expectations. With my previous Volvo, I took it to a different location in Katy, and every time, I had to do all the legwork, researching my maintenance plan, figuring out what was covered, and explaining it to the service team.
