Found out recently my Volvo has two batteries. I wasn’t sure which one was doing dead so I came out to get my battery checked. I spoke to two people, Ken and the sales manager. They were awesome to chat with. Felt very comfortable while I was there. They even washed my car when returning it to me. I contacted many Kia dealerships, but Carlos at DeMontrond Kia was the only one who was honest and didn’t play games like changing the price or adding hidden fees.
Originally had a service booking due to a diagnostic issue software issue with our brand new three day old Volvo EX 90 recharge. The lady in service booked us for a Thursday. We’re not able to make the appointment rebooked for Saturday. Drove all the way to service to have them tell me oh we don’t have a tech for that issue on Saturday how these companies are still in business mind blowing.
