Five Star experience during a recent Car purchase at this VW dealership! Cris was super transparent and did a stellar job returning my calls and answering all of our questions. Cris is a seasoned professional and I will be recommending him to family and friends for New and Used cars. Great job!
Worst dealership I have ever been to, service department has no clue how to talk or treat customers, and a waste of time. I do not recommend going here any demontrond store is a waste of time
I will no longer waste my hard-earned money at Demontrond Service. They were quite forceful about recommending $4400 worth of suspension work which was 100% not necessary and ignoring the serpentine belt cracks and bothering to check the timing belt even though my TDI has 110k miles on it. VW doesn't even mention the timing belt in the maintenance schedule for 99% of their engines. Ridiculous. I will drive this VW as long as I can and then never purchase another VW.
AWFUL SERVICE. BEWARE. Last time I came here, I’ll never be back. The bald guy with glasses that works the service counter lied to me about repairs needed on my vehicle and was rude about it. You’ll know him if he’s still there. He also would not answer my calls or call me back. He held my car for two weeks with no repairs done and no phone call. Rude customer service. Made an appointment and had to wait two and a half hours … The waiting area was absolutely disgusting with stains all over the seats. Just had my breaks checked then they go to say they need changed again. These dealerships continue to lie in peoples faces. I’m tired of it.
