I had my car serviced at DeMontrond VW for years. When I moved to a different state, I had a different VW dealer doing the service on my car. The drop in quality of service was evident. I had to call the parts manager, Joseph, at DeMontrond to straighten out a problem that the new VW place was unable to take care of. Joseph spent extra time on the phone, helping me long distance, to get things straightened out. Thank you!
