I recently purchased a VW Tiguan and John Parkinson was my salesman. He is very personable and worked with me to secure the vehicle I needed . John went out of the way to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and took the time to explain all the key features of our new vehicle with my wife and I. I am actually sitting in the service center writing this out as we speak, I scheduled an appointment online for 7AM. Arrived at 7AM and was checked in at about 710AM for an oil change....well im still here but I've been reassured multiple times they're working on my truck...when do oil changes take 2 hours? Why can I schedule an appt for 7AM. Show up on time and then still be here for almost 2 hours...You can renovate your service center but you forgot to get your service center up to speed....I want my time back
