Awesome car buying experience David was great in sales
Buyer beware and I don’t recommend strictly due to the fact I bought a new ram 1500 and was told by 3 sales reps including the man William and his boss and manage told me when I hit 7 k miles come back for my free first oil change and rotation . It’s pretty embarrassing when they decided to full charge me when I arrived last week . 2 of the sales reps are not working there anymore . No excuse . My rep told me by phone last week he would set me up an appointment and my service . So I went right on time and nothing was set up ... read more
Absolutley HORRIBLE service!!! Bought my 2025 Taos in May and it has been inthe shop 3 times since!!!The cooland keeps leaking!! They have been negligent and can't seem to figure out the issue! First it was because "I" didn't tighten the cap all the way, then i t was the radiator, now it's the gasket. At this po int, it seems like they're guessing, I've had to take my car in for this same issue every month. I have now been without my car for over a month and can't seem to get an answer on when or if the part for my car shoul... read more
