We bought a brand new car Volkswagen tiguan for a great price, but we ONLY received 1 key and they said they will order and should receive it in a month or two. It's been way over a year and they are ignoring my calls, not responding and won't contact me regarding the keys! I went there for service 2 times and than they start looking but obviously both times they say they dint have it! And they say they will place an order and contact us! Well that was last year and still we ONLY have 1 key!!
I received a call from this business regarding the need to fix a recall in my VW Tiguan. I made an appointment for today and told them I also wanted to do the regular maintenance due. When I show up, they tell me there were no recalls for my vehicle. This makes it look like it was just an excuse to get me in the door to sell me something. I live 20 miles away and used to come here because I thought the service was good. The person that talked to me didn't even apologize or acknowledge their mistake.
The service department is horrible. Had a problem with the hood, they were no help, charged me for a repair that was very likely done by them when I went in for service. The car is 2 years old, basically new, too soon for ‘things break’ as the manager simply put it. After trying to negotiate and work it out on my part, they still charged me and then didn’t even put the screw back in! Ridiculous!
