You can never get anyone on the phone for service department. Online appointment system never really works. First time we put our vehicle in for service our So Called lifetime warranty doesn’t cover anything. I wouldn’t recommend buying or servicing your vehicle here.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AFTER GETTING A CALL ASKING FROM JP WHICH IS ONE OF THE DEALERS FROM THE VW PRE-OWNED TO COME IN BECAUSE CAPITAL ONE IS HELPING PEOPLE WITH LITTLE TO NO CREDIT WITH PURCHASING VEHICLES. After PUTTING MONEY DOWN ,EMAILING ALL DOCUMENTS, PAYING FOR FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE ON THE VEHICLE AND GETTING APPROVED... My mother has experienced horrible service at this dealership. They do not answer the phone and her brand new vehicle has been with the service department for the past 2 months. She finally received her vehicle YESTERDAY (3/26/25) after contacting the corporate office. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS BACK ON!! She cannot get answers as to why, even after her vehicle was serviced and held there for nearly 2 months. I am being short in my review, however our complaints range in a long list.
