Purchased me a 2025 Tigan with only 13 miles on it
Missing my washer fluid cap after my scheduled oil change. Service tech admitted that a missing cap wasn’t noted during visit. I called asking for the cap size/part no. Was on hold for over 12 mins and transferred a few times. The people were obviously not trying to take responsibility. HOWEVER I wasn’t asking for anything for free. both me and my father have been calling them multiple times a day for about a week to get information on getting an oil change on my vehicle(that i bought there) and we have gotten 0 help. the receptionist argued with me telling me i’m “not allowed” to speak to a manager about the issue and said only a mechanic is allowed to help me even though i just wanted details on my warranty. she transferred us to an empty line or hung up MULTIPLE times i’ve usually had amazing experiences in the past but i shouldnt have to spend a wee... read more
