I really enjoy driving my VW Cross Sport and love the 2024 upgrades it came with. It is always a pleasure dealing with the people in sales (Andres is my go-to guy and he is awesome). Bought my first car with them and i love it! Personally I give them a three stars because although the car seems to be in perfect condition (they did forget my spare tire and seating mats), the customer service from the salesman was undeniably unsatisfactory. If I could give them a two stars maybe even one on customer service I genuinely would. Of course if it wasn't for that i'd love to leave 5 stars. If you like getting ripped off, having your credit adversely impacted and experiencing what really poor customer service is all about, then this is your place. This is my story. I leased a 2022 VW Atlas from this dealership in January of 2022. In December of 2024, one month PRIOR TO the lease maturity date I received a nice text out of the blue from a Demontrond VW salesman stating “Great news. I recently took my car in for an oil change and a quote to replace a cracked mirror glass. When I wasn't able to pay for the $1500 for an entire side mirror assembly, they took the cover off the back before returning my car to me. The service director, Richard, agreed to put the cover back on, but now emails and voicemails go unanswered. After 2 weeks of exposure to rain and freezing temps, I am worried the internal electronics are going to be compromised. I guess I will have to replace the entire thing after all.
