I haven’t been, but the website defeats the purpose of convenience to compare pricing. They all say “call for pricing” and it made me not want to look on their website anymore. Put the price and if people like it they will call you without being forced to.
Giving them a three, after discussing how hard getting parts from manufacturer. Time will tell if I hear from them when parts are in of if I have to keep calling them. Lets hope this rating goes up.
I dealt with the folks at the Service Department, and in my view: "Service Dept. Staff, especially the receptionists, Mr. Manuel (Manny), and Service personnel are SECOND TO NONE!" I recommend Demontrond to anyone in need of RV Service. 5 STARS
Bought a brand new 2021 Thor Chateau late March 2021. May 1st I took it the service department for a list of things that needed addressed. 28 days later only three things were completed. Do not walk away from Demontrond RV...RUN!
