I booked a service about a month ago for my 5th wheel. Took it in this morning. When I got there the service guy tells me the date that I was given (today) was only to get me into the que. It was going to take 3 to 4 weeks to do the annual service. Crazy!!!!!. He claims he told me that when I made the appointment. If I had known that I would have looked elsewhere a month ago. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! NEVER and I mean NEVER purchase from this dealership. Salesperson was non existent after we drove off the lot, never returned any emails or calls. Service manager was even worst, lies, delays, excuse after excuse on a small punchlist (easy items) of WARRANTY covered items that should've taken 3-5 days to turn around, 6 weeks later we picked our RV, NOTHING was fixed. I'm not sure how this place stays in business. ABSOLUTLEY NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!

I purchased a used rv from demontrond for 40k to have the slides fail the second time they were opened. The service dept had me drop it off for repairs where I was told the hardware needed to be replaced in the slides. After 6 months of repeated attempts to contact them and get the issue resolved they finally told me that it was finished and available for pickup but the floors in the slides were rotten and that's what caused the slides to fail but they refused to warranty it. Never again! We dropped our DRV Mobile Suites off at DeMontrond in Spring on July 28, 2021 for some extended warranty work and picked it up FOURTEEN MONTHS later. After months and months of excuses and lies and going from one service advisor to another and another, they finally said it was ready. We arrived to find our beautiful RV with chipped paint damage, white streaks from sitting outside for over a year, sawdust and debris in the carpets and dirty footprints on counter tops. First off, our sales man didn’t need to do ANYTHING. We went in and told him what we wanted to look at because we already knew exactly which model we wanted. So he got a pretty easy commission. My boyfriend was told that he needed to get all the paper work filled out and signed before even doing a walk through. He was told we could go through it later. I only could put a one star rating, if there was a 0 that's what it would be.. I've had my Camper almost 2 years and have the same problems not fixed yet 3 blow out with me in the 1st 500 miles, new trailer, I'm trying to wait for customer service to call you back is like pulling teeth... Too bad there is not a zero. Chad the service manager is duplicitous and ill mannered. Who knows what the work will look like since we are not allowed to even inspect the work until we give them $$$. Follow up, the work is sloppy with clear caulking outside (a lot) the area chalked. The rear passenger side Jack was bent and not repaired. Clown City, we were in the market, and a salesman named Gilbert actually told us, we'd have to put down a deposit in order to test drive one of their motorhomes, we purchased a 2016 43' Class A American Coach in Nacogdoches after test driving 5 other coaches.. Stay away from this circus

I purchased a motorhome from Demondtrond RV in Spring Texas. The customer service was great during the purchasing activities; however, all customer service came to an abrupt halt once I drove off the lot. I have spoken to various people including the Sales Manager. They do not return phone calls as promised. Over a period of almost THREE WEEKS since my purchase I have been given the run around.
