Terrible service. Took my KIA Sportage for quick oil change (with an appointment) and to have a few minor issues (replace windshield wiper hose and problems with the passenger door latch) After 3.5 hours of waiting, I went up to the counter only to be told the hose would be $200 and the door latch (under a service bulletin recall) would be $300. Declined service on the hose and door latch, and the bill came to $261. I asked to speak with the Service manager but was told there wasn't any on premises. I refused to pay for ... read more
