I was a little disappointed that I had added needing my rear breaks done in the comments and then they weren’t…my paperwork said I denied the service but I was told they would be checked then they didn’t ask me about replacing them. I was told the service people were trying to get the parts quote but the service in repairs has a set price…this was the first time I’ve had an experience like that at DeMontrond so I wouldn’t categorize it as typical.
