Had two factory recalls repaired (seat belt mechanism and computer module reprogramming) on my 2024 Palisade Limited. Landon Wiley was my Service Liaison and he was extremely courteous and understood my needs. One downside (not his fault): when the service technician works on your vehicle, and sets the seats waaaaaaaay back (for THEIR comfort - NOT mine), PLEASE set the seats back in the position you find them.
