I was involved in a car accident June 19th, 2025. Since I've always been with De Montrond Kia I decided to take my vehicle there for repairs on Gulf Frwy. Shannon was very accommodating at first, and then when Allstate (the other persons insurance) stated he held my car for no reason, and needed an explanation why it took so long for repairs, he stopped returning calls or emails. Just say no to all their extended warranties all they are is an argument
I just bought a car 7 months ago and already the transmission goes out and they don’t want to help me fix due to because I got a oil change somewhere else not with them now I’m stuck with the broken car I just bought
