I wish I could leave a no-star review because that's exactly what DeMontrond Ford in Cleveland service department deserves. I purchased a Gold-certified preowned F250 out of state and on my drive home the check engine light came on. DeMontrond had my vehicle for THREE months and couldn't fix the problem. Four separate times they claimed to have fixed the issue only to have the light come right back on. There was ZERO communication unless I initiated it.
