Very nice and polite staff. Sissy was on top of her game. Go me in and out very quickly. The work as done great. Bruce Martin is the best. He helped me get what all I needed. If I could give all of them a 20 I would.
Highly recommend DeMontrond Ford in Cleveland Texas. Leo Gomez was a great person to work with. Walked away with the Ford Explorer that my wife wanted. Overall very friendly staff. DeMontrond automotive group’s warranty for life is an excellent add on to your vehicle purchase as these new cars have so many electrical components.
I was treated very courteously, Mr Enrique the salesman was there promptly for our appointment. As I read previous contrary reviews, my experience was very straightforward. Professional, fast and friendly . My go to place to have my ford serviced.
Communications were somewhat skeptical at first, but once I stressed my importance of needing my vehicle back ASAP, I was put in touch with a manager and from that point forward the priorities were placed and I had my truck back in less than 24 hours.
