Socrates was amazing! I honestly walked in not expecting to make anything happen, being that I saw the car was $25,000 and out the door with no trade in $31,000. Avoid DeMontrond at all cost. We purchased our vehicle here with the extended service wrap that according to DeMontrond they told us it was for the life of the car. At the time of purchase they advised us that it covered the drive train and now that we submitted a claim they are refusing to cover it. The technician told us the claim was refused due to service maintenance issues, but won't tell us what the issue was. Will was our salesperson, he was great! Very knowledgeable, honest about the imperfections on the car, and funny. Very pleased with the experience. I knew where I wanted to be with numbers and they were able to get me where I wanted to be.
