President Dan Valdez of Demmon Partners is a completely an unprofessional, aggressive, rude excuse for a president. He speaks down to everybody - employees, clients, especially women. He has been reported multiple times for misconduct and continues to act egregiously with no self control or care for the representation of Demmon Partners. LINQ Midtown My family moved into LINQ Midtown around the time that Demmon Partners acquired the property. A week after moving in, we began experiencing daily cannabis smoke intrusion from a tenant living near our unit. The cannabis odor is so concentrated that our HVAC intake vent, located 14 feet from the exterior wall, sucks the odor in and disperses it throughout our 2-bedroom unit. You know, you would think that if this company can afford to donate over $50,000 to Trumps campaign in this year alone, you can be a better landlord. This company is atrocious, and they absolutely do not care about their tenants, you’re better off going anywhere else.
Moved out of the harbor oaks location over two months ago and am recalling how unpleasant Demon partners was to do business with. They claim to have values other than profit, but this is a lie. Check them out on the better business bureau, grade F-.
