Fantastic people to work with. Very professional from office staff to service techs thru installation crew. Our 22 year old system crapped out at the beginning of one of the hottest weeks of the year. I always felt as though they gave me advice on what fit my needs the best and never felt like they were trying to sell me more than needed.
Always a great experience. Their honest on the expected service time (remember your not their only customer). They Explain the problem, and options to fix it. Gave me an onsite cost estimate and fixed me up fast. Thank You!

Will never use this company. I won a smart thermostat from them and called to have set up. Was told that I needed to do it soon before the weather got too hot because they would put me behind someone needing their air-conditioning unit fixed. I called again to let them know I was ready to hire them to come out and install it. He told me he would let me know within a few days and put me on the schedule.
