We are happy with the duct cleaning service, and it's a great feeling knowing that our home is clean.
If I could give a zero star I could. If their work quality is as pitiful as their communication skills, I would definitely look elsewhere for these services. I spoke on the phone personally with both Brian and Toni on at least three separate occasions over the course of one year and two years in a row at the Austin fair. Specifically to get the ducks cleaned out at our home in Albert Lea. Not wanting to do the job as one thing, but completely ignoring me that’s not OK.
Called Deml heating this afternoon because my furnace quit working last night (early Jan 2025, very cold!). They were able to come to my house, same day, and get it up and running again. Great customer service! Great company!
Had Nick from Deml come out as we were without heat, and they came out hours later the same day!!!!! Instead of trying to say we needed a new furnace, he went right to work troubleshooting the issues and got it going again for under $300 not $6,000 for a new one!!! Nick definitely knows his stuff, there was items that needed to be addressed that I had no clue how it affected the furnace. Needless to say I if you need anything as far fixing your furnace don't hesitate to call DEML!!!!
