I rented property through these folks. It took 3 phone calls to obtain a refund of my security deposit only to discover a $120 deduction for cleaning. There was no mention of a cleaning deposit in the rental contract. While the place was not spotless when I moved in it was certainly decent. It was spotless when I moved out. When I called Deming Realty to ask about this cleaning fee, I was told they didn't know anything about it but that was just the way it was.
