I used Cigna's HSA bill pay service provided by JPMorgan Chase to pay my bill. His office claimed I never paid and kept sending me bills. When I got the confirmation from Chase that the check was deposited in Ira's account he still didn't believe me, so I had to pay $10 to get a copy of the check from Chase. How can you trust someone who is so unorganized and not capable of handling the situation in a responsible manner?
